- Arbi leke usko saaf pani se wah karde taki uper ki matti nikal jaye.
- Cooker me potato ki tarah boil karne rakhe.
- Slow gas pe 2citi bajane ke baad gas off karde.
- Ek strainer me extra pani nikalke arbi ki sin utarle.
- Esko round shape me aise ebade pcs me cut karle.
- Kadai me 2tsp oil garam karne rakhe or jawain hing ka couk lagaye saath me turmeric powder or boil arbi ke pcs add karle saath me salt bhi add karle swad anusar or saute slow gas pe 5-7 minute.
- Ab last me red chilly powder, Coriander powder, amchur powder add karein or saute slow gas pe.
- Aise crispe bane tab tak ekdam slow gas pe.hone de jab ho jaye to gas off karde.
